The Royal family should be abolished and all it's fortunes returned to the former colonies. If we are going to get serious about class equality in this country we need to stop putting one family on a pedestal.

Abolishing the position of Monarch would also mean abolishing the head of the Church of England, which would help in our natural progression to State Atheism.

Doesn't he have great eyebrows in that photo? It looks like they've been pencilled on. [ I'm pretty sure they haven't been of course. But they look so perfect].

Most of its fortunes aren't provided by the Taxpayer, but through private finances obtained via the Royal estates...

What, and take the place of someone else who may desperately want their child to go to that school but may then miss out ?

No, this is why we should be building more state schools. Faith and Grammar schools should be abolished and more funding put into state schools. Children of all classes, faiths and backgrounds should not be segregated by their parents at the starting point of their lives.

I'm not even from The UK, I'm an American. However, I find this to be a very, very highly offensive post. Moreover, it is STILL illegal and a crime, punishable by life in prison, to advocate for the abolishing of The British Monarchy, in print, as has been done in this case, via electronic means, on the website.
