CEOs earn 386 times more than those on national living wage

This sort of inequality is just unacceptable. Executive pay hits new highs while the rest of us are struggling to make ends meet. There should be some sort of law that ensures that CEOs never earn more than 50 times their lowest paid employee. That would also encourage them to bring wages up for their workers or take a pay cut for themselves.
And this is a problem how?
I can understand the need for wage differentiation between roles, but that just seems a ridiculous difference, in my view.
I don't know where you study but a demonstration against ( perhaps) the ridiculous and inequitable salary of your Vice Chancellor would be more pertinent.

You are actually paying for that. Are they worth it?
