Gaming on EDUROAM

So I just moved into my halls today and can't seem to connect to discord, battle net or steam. Is this normal for the halls wifi and is there anyway around it?

You need to contact the university to get special access to it - this was the case at my uni with eduroam.

Edit: assuming this is a console, not sure about PCs

Sorry should've specified it was about pc. I got it working now, just had to use an Ethernet cable. Thanks for the response though :smile:

Oh okay you fixed it. Thank god for that.

That said I haven't played any CS:GO in 2 weeks what's happening to me.
