You can write about why people enjoy them, the possible dangers, the costs, the locations for some of them, their effects e.g boost tourism in the area etc. etc.
Make sure you vary your vocabulary and tenses. You could also create an anecdote to get in some of the more obscure tenses in to be impressive? E.g: If I won the lottery, I'd love to try out skiing...
