If I take GCE AS-Level in my first year and feel unsatisfied with my results, can I change to taking IGCSE in my second year as it's easier than GCE AS-Level? I need answers by tonight, please reply!

Compost

You could but it would be a daft idea. GCEs are Level 3 qualifications and GCSE/IGCSE are Level 2 qualifications (presumably you've already done some). If you need A levels for something they aren't going to accept IGCSEs instead.
