most recent-though a friend, before that it was living in the same block in halls, before that it was through the drama club i went to. thats everyone
On a boat he was drunk and I really thought he was cocky mofo.
Shared a cab back with him cos it turned out we lived close by.
Felt bad I didn't take care of him, added him on msn via friend.
Things went from there
We used to work together.

We were friends on msn, I had nowhere to go on holiday last summer (she lives in Hannover, German) and wanted to go somewhere, she said I should come over to meet her (strictly friends) and we kinda fell for each other. Been together since then.

She was one of the few girls in my further maths class. We were friends anyway, but I became increasingly interested when she came top in the end-of-first-term test in the lower sixth. After a few months I asked her out .

This thread does bring back memories.I met my ex at college, we were in different classes but I used to see her in the library all the time. So one day I started talking to her out of the blue and from there we started of as mates and then it developed further.Well its over now anyway. No regrets.

Was walking back from the union on my own, saw a guy infront of me on his own. I was drunk and more confident, so i started a random convo with him, knew there was an immediate spark and have been with him for just over 6 months
We met up in London randomly one cold and wet day in April after we had been talking on msn since we were about 13. Can't even remember how I got his address. It was .. weird.

in college. a glance here, a wink there, then we were finally introduced to each other. he got my number, we texted, the rest was done for i suppose. this particular ex was cringe-worthy though, it's terribly mean but i really don't know what i was thinking.

i meet most guys in classes and such, my friends haven't introduced me to anyone great. some friends

Only had 2 bfs, and they were a good few years ago now.

The first worked with a friend; and I went in to see my friend one day. An hour later, I had texts arriving from that friend, telling me that the other guy liked me; he set us up on a date - we met up, he asked me out, I said yes; something wasn't right, and I found out a week later that he also had three other girlfriends.

The second was a guy I worked with; me, him, and two others, spent time together outside of work, and we ended up going out for about a month and a half before he, too, cheated.

:p:

Every single time I've ever met someone, and in many ways this saddens me, it's been because they've felt something for me and either they'd told me, or acted upon it, or I'd found out.

I've never chased anyone that then reciprocated.

Choosing your girlfriend on maths ability. That's ****ing pro. Did you give her some Step tests or was it continuous assessment?
Had a huge crush on this guy I met at church, went to see him in a play after I blew it completely with him, saw cute guy in said play, got his number off a mutual friend, started texting, found out that he lived just round the corner, pretended that I had to walk my dog and asked him along. We went out for about 18 months and are on a break now; he's absolutely lovely.

Through a friend.

Met one in a club, although she knew a friend I was out with already. Met another in a club, she approached me at the end of the night and just asked me out, turned out she lived round the corner. Met my last ex through a housemate, he used to go to uni with her and she came up to visit him a couple of times.

Current boyfriend - at a gig he was playing. My friend knew his friend and they met through a friend...we got on really well, we kissed that night and now we've been together for nearly a year and a half

Now I really think about it, it was slightly weird but really lovely too.

Was in a funk band with my ex, our passion for music brought us together - but unfortunately things got complicated - we argued a few times before gigs which wasn't very good!
