For students who have no accommodation or having trouble finding a room near UoB.
I'm living somewhere else this academic year, so I'm looking to have my contract taken over. It's a standard en-suite room in Fitzroy Court, at a cheaper (and better) rate of £121.50 p/w with all bills inc. for 42 weeks. (Normally rent for these kind of rooms can be between £132-138 p/w).
