This is the most vague of questions to be asking for something so important.
What exactly is important to you? Such a decision should not be made on a whim based off a few internet replies. You need to research the cities, the universities and the courses and make a list of points that are important to you. Then go down the list and tick-off things. Anything that is extra-important should get 2 or 3 ticks and you can then finally decide on where you want to study.
