How to Find Student Support Number

I have been unable to complete my university registration due to a computing error. This means that I am now on holiday, and will be until my course starts.I am currently unable to get into the Student Finance website (website keeps refreshing / giving me a timeout warning before logging me out) to get my SSN - however I do have my CRN. Is there anywhere on any emails that my SSN will be given?Many thanks!
