Didn't convert markets summer internship and graduated

Hi guys,
I recently did a markets. trading summer internship at a tier 2 investment bank. I have completed a masters and graduated and was hoping to convert the internship.

I unfortunately didn't and I am now seriously worried regards what to do and how to go about it. Do I apply to banks again for grads, summers, off cycles or do I just look for something else as I have already graduated.

Any help or advice would be much appreciated,

Apply for IB off-cycles and Big 4 grad schemes (corporate finance or audit). Good luck.

Not grad programmes and summers for markets?

Summers won't take you if you aren't a student.

You can try grad programmes, but the positions on those are mostly filled by interns so your chances won't be great.

A good plan would be to apply to off-cycles at all the places that offer them, and apply to grad programmes at the places that don't.

I also wouldn't underestimate the route of Big 4 -> IB. You probably won't get a role in S&T, but for IBD it's a well-trodden path.
