I'm in year 12 and I have chosen maths, computing and psychology. However I heard psychology is quite hard and it's also not really relevant to the path I want to take to be a software developer.
Economics I heard is valued more by unis and is more relevant to the path I want to take. Is this true?

Economics is a more respected A-Level, yes. But, an A in Psychology is more valuable than a B/C in Economics. Take whichever you'd get a better grade in. Psychology isn't hard, just a memory test.
