Payment Schedule Letter

Hello! I made an application for the Student Finance in June and I have only received two letters regarding my Custom Reference Number and the passwords for my account. I know that I need the Payment Schedule Letter for the registration process at the university, but I did not received it and it also is not in the Letters&emails section. What can I do about it? Thank you!

If its not allowing you to view the payment schedule online and you haven't received one by post, then get in contact with one of our adviser who will be able to access your account to get one sent out to you.
