Curriculum on CIE further mathematics

I'm going to select both further mathematics and mathematics for AS and A2, how many modules do I exactly need? Is it okay to select P1,P2,P3 M1,M2,S1,S2,FP ?? Cuz my further mathematics book has no number on the title, I guess all 3 courses are in one book.
For the chemistry, is it harder than furthermathematics? I'm considering to choose or not. I'm hoping to major mechanical engineering. Sorry for my bad english
