Are you applying to Sussex for entry in 2018? Then this is the place to be!

This is a place to meet other applicants and chat during the application process

    Name: Amelia
    Location: Cheltenham
    Course: Neuroscience BSc
Predicted grades: This is a little different for me as I'm studying an Access to HE course, but I'm aiming for 45 Distinctions!
Also applying at: Bristol, KCL, Cardiff.

Has anyone been to the open days? I can't get down as it's pretty far from me right now! (I know Brighton pretty well though and would definitely love living there )

I don't get why people like brighton so much? This place is dreadful, dirty, lonely and depressing

Awesome! Isn't it always easy(/easier) in first year?

    Are you enjoying it there?

Brighton is an amazing place to live as a student. It's a bit pricey in some parts, but the night life and people really make up for it

    Good luck everyone! X

Well so far it's been just recapping everything you learn at a level. But the difficulty is gonna spike after Christmas.

The actual university has been great so far. Everyone is very kind and there's always something to do.

Does anyone know when Sussex starts handing out offers? I know I'm impatient! How is everyone else dealing!?

There isn't one specific time they'll give you your offer. But I think the bulk of offers get made after Christmas. That's when I got mine last year.

Yea putting your application in fast doesn't mean you'll get an offer any quicker.
