when should i sleep?

i have an exam at 1pm tomorrow

I was going to sleep at 11am so i could wake up at 7:30 am but im tired now and am thinking to sleep now and wake up 6am

the only problem is - part of the test tomorrow is cognitive aptitude test and im wondering if my best will be at optimal functioning SEVEN HOURS after I've woken up?

[researchers say your brain starts to function optimally 90minutes- 2 hours after youve woken up im wondering how long that "optimal period" lasts ]

I know people work better in the afternoon if they do something creative in the morning (that's why its best for primary schools to do art/p.e in the morning and maths/english in the afternoon). As long as you don't let yourself get bored you should be fine. Being bored will drain energy and motivation.
