Why are you cancelling? Usually you can phone university accommodation with a good reason they will cancel it

spring gardens, whilst being student accommodation, is private halls, so cancelling my lease means i need to find a replacement tennant to take it over.
i am wanting out because i secured a flat with my friends elsewhere. I have no issues with the halls, just it was a backup that is proving slightly difficult to get out of.
