Logged into my account and I’ve failed the video interview. Gutted, I thought it went ok considering they only gave us 2 minutes per question.

I contacted them and they said it’s nothing to worry about. And you don’t need to book an assessment date as they will send you a booking by next week. Maybe the notice saying your successful and to book an assessment day was wrong and should just have said successful await an email containing info?

Just received this e-mail response from the Tax Academy Mailbox with regards to the same :/...

Results will be issued later this afternoon

If successful to assessment centre you will receive another email in due course detailing your allocated centre by week commencing 21/01
