I sincerely hope that the reason for the application reverting from "Invited for assessment" back to "Application being reviewed" is that the Assessment Centre dates are allocated rather than booked by us.

You can imagine the incandescent rage someone would feel if they were initially told on CSR that they had been invited to Assessment Centre and then subsequently told that they haven't been successful as they had made a monumental error...

I’ve been put on a reserve list. Not sure what that means entirely but I heard there’s people that didn’t get on the grad scheme but were put forward for other roles. Is that what it basically is?

I was unsuccessful because "I never attended the Interview"

I did the interview twice (They emailed me to retake it for technical reasons). I made sure everything was okay both times with the practice questions. I completed both the interviews within the time frame.

What do I do?

Did you receive a reasoning by email or the the application portal? Haven't had any update on feedback

The Reasoning was on the application Portal.

I have email receipts saying Thank you for submitting your application (Video Interview).

I have emailed them, but I don't see them changing this. Such a shame because up till now everything I thought had gone really well.

I think that’s how the reserve list works. I think it’s for Band O positions that may become available

Me too but it still advises about scheduling a time for the assessment. I have a feeling it may revert back and forth :/

EDIT: Got an e-mail finally to confirm I'm through and the Assessment Centre will be allocated by the end of the week.

Congratulations to everyone that was invited to the assessment centre, and to everyone yet to receive their invitation. Unfortunately I was unsuccessful at this stage and I'm genuinely gutted. I have an exam in less than 2 hours though, so I'm not allowing myself the time to feel just yet. I'll see how it goes once I return to my room and "relax".

I'm still on a reserve list for future possible band O jobs, but not on the reserve list for the AC. I guess my video interview was incredibly poor. There's always next year though.
