History coursework help

My question 'Did puritan or Catholics present the greater threat to Elizabeth.'
I have used 3 books already but my teacher complaining there not enough notes , can anybody help me by giving me some resources or something help is needed.
Also can i use websites?

Just desrcibe how and why each was a threat then weight up which one was the greater or alternatively start with a decision as to which one was the greater, then justify it.
