Can you study A-level economics without doing the AS syllabus and get an A? (AQA)

So, I'm studying at home, and I was wondering if it is possible to learn only the A-level syllabus for AQA economics and get an A in the exam without studying the AS... Or do question appear on the A-level paper which are somewhat related to the AS syllabus...

THANKS!!!

No
The "AS" syllabus is the first half of what you need to know for the A level. Questions on what you learn in "AS" will appear in the exams.
