Okay so I got into my insurance choice on results day but I didn't want to go and have decided to resit my A-levels. I know I have left it a bit late but who do i contact to withdraw my application/ decline my offer at this state. Do i need to contact the university or UCAS.

The Uni may ask you to follow up with an email so that they have proof of your request.
