Kinda interested to find out other ppls specs, you don't need to include everything, just stuff like CPU, GPU, RAM etc.

    I'll start:

    CPU: Ryzen 5 1600
    GPU: GTX 1050Ti
    RAM: 8GB DDR4-2400

Well it performs way better than consoles so I'm satisfied.
Plus I get 1080p around 45fps in metro, just cause, hitman etc

Got this 2 years ago on Black Friday (so Black Friday 2015):

    HP 15-AC153SA

Intel Core i7-4510U CPU (2.00GHz, up to 3.10GHz Turbo)
8GB DDR3 RAM (unsure of RAM speed)
    2TB HDD (guessing 7200RPM) - partitioned into 2x1TB partitions
Intel HD 4400 Graphics (built in, but not bad!).
Has DVD drive, Bluetooth, 3x USB's (1 of which is USB 3.0), HDMI, Ethernet, SD reader, 3.5mm jack
Battery is a 4-cell Li-Ion, 2850mAh. HP claims up to 8 hours, though 4-6 hours is more realistic, depending on how you use it. I use it on Power Saver plan when on battery and never do anything too intensive, and can get the top end of that if I'm careful.
Came preinstalled with Windows 10, though I got it dual booted with Windows 7 to maintain compatibility. Windows 7 is preferred.

Cost: £500 for the laptop (brand new, 2 years ago) + £35 for HP factory reset USB stick + £100 at the local computer repair shop for dual booting the OS'es.
(I tried myself, but it was a mess when it came to drivers. So it's better for the professionals to do it.)

Previous laptop was an Acer Aspire 5742 from Aug 2011. Wasn't too bad (intel i5-480M, 6GB DDR3, 500GB HDD, unknown Intel HD graphics, Windows 7, 6-cell Li-Ion) but has a major overheating fault that is common with the Aspire 57xx's. The machine needs reinstalling of Windows (and taking apart to rectify the overheating - it's a motherboard out job).

Are y'all excited for Ryzen Mobile and Ryzen APU's or will power hungry Vega compute units make it a real breaker? 2500U in geekbench is outperformed A12-9800 in multicore by 48% and single core considerably aswell for a mobile chip
