Boyfriend

My boyfriend is going to university without me, should I br worried?
No. You should be mature enough to accept that you can't be together every day and that he has worked hard for this.
If it's meant to be it will work
The last thing he needs is pressure from you not to go

The question is, @Sammylou40, is OP's boyfriend mature enough to not horse around?
Worried about what?

Who knows?
Except that's it's very unlikely that the person you're with at 18 is your partner for life

No. He is furthering his education. Be happy not worried. This is a good thing!

Imo it's normal to feel insecure about this, especially given the tales you hear about uni! The best thing you can do is communicate how you feel to him when you feel insecure - if he isn't an *******, he should reassure you. Focus on yourself and your hobbies to take your mind off worrying about him, too.

You have to trust that he loves you enough to not go and fool around, which can be very difficult for some people but that's all you can do. I would only be worried if he stops communicating with you or seems unenthusiastic about it.
