    Your marks from AS and A2 will be combined to determine your overall grade.

    It depends on your total ums points (for old subjects anyway), if it's a new A level (linear I think they're called?), then that'd be an A because you're old result won't count.

    If it's a new reformed A level, it will be an A because the AS level doesn't matter.. If it's one of the old ones where the two get combined, it depends on the total number of UMS across the two. If it was a high B and a high A, it could in theory still come out as an A overall.
