Physiotherapy assistant interview- please help you lovely people

After a year of applying for this position in hospitals and practices around 10 miles radius of where I live, I have finally been invited for an interview with the Frimley NHS Trust!

What I would love to know is what the written assessment might be about and what sort of questions would they ask on the interview if they decided they like my answers after the assessment.

For someone who has gone to an interview recently or one who's done it before, please, please help.

My advice to you would be to look at the person and job specifications, particularly the job specifications...look at the desirable and essential criteria as they will most likely base questions off these. I'd also expect a competency based interview.

Look up the STAR method as well, it really helps you think about how to structure your answers.
