Dual citizenship - am I eligible for SAAS funding?

(I posted on the SAAS forum yesterday but haven't gotten a reply yet, so I'm trying my luck here) I have a German and an American passport. I have lived in Switzerland for the past 10 years, however, I spend 1 year in the USA from summer 2014- summer 2015 as part of an exchange year (I think I was still a resident of Switzerland, I'm not sure though. I know that I was a "student on break" at my German school(I went to school in Germany, not Switzerland)). Am I still eligible for SAAS-funding?
