English- Speech on any topic I choose

There's a spoken language endorsement for GCSE english language and I'm stuck on how to write the speech for it.
I've chosen the topic of Income Inequality- the gap between the rich and the poor and how it's widening. The rich becoming richer, the poor becoming poorer.
I'm just finding a bit of difficulty writing it and how to express my thoughts and feelings on said topic.
We have to introduce ourselves at the beginning, say what we're going to talk about and structure the speech well. Facts, Opinions, Conclusion need to be included in the speech, as well as being persuasive. I don't really know how to make it persuasive :/
I want to convey how we can bridge the gap between the rich and the poor.
Advice on this would honestly be highly appreciated.
