What happen if I failed a MSc Dissertation? Watch

I'm cramming on it right now and so depressed. What I concern is if I fail, do I have to pay the tuition fee of the next year to be able to re-submit. (it's one year program) I really need the MSc degree not just a diploma. And I'll never have enough money for another tuition fee. Please, anyone know about this?

The other thing I wonder is if I fail and resubmit. What is the highest marks I will get from it, is it 50/100? Or I will get as much as I perform in a resubmit version? Just wonder if I still have the chance for a merit (dissertation is 50% of the course and my other half mark now is 59.xx)

Thanks
