where can i find the change of circumstances form?
i've transferred from BSc to MChem so i need to fill out a change of circumstances form (can't do it online as student finance have been told that i'm registered with my uni). Where can i find this form? i can't find it on the website.
i've been told it's on the gov website but i still can't find it. Also i'm like 2 hrs away from uni can't go there lol
also i'm going into my second year if that makes a difference
