Is it true uni applications are falling because of brexit? watch

    Is this actually true info? And is it the same for unis in the London. Because if so surely that will make getting into uni that much easier for the rest of us?

    There were approx 25,000 fewer Home applications in the 2016/17 admissions cycle at the January 2017 deadline.
    This was mainly because there was a demographic blip giving fewer 17/18 years in the relevant age cohort.
    The overall EU application numbers dipped slightly - about 3,000 - and may be due to either a parallel birth blip or Brexit/fees concerns.

    Nice! There seems to be a downward trend in mature students applying though. I'm not sure if this pre-dates Brexit though?

    Most people get 3 or more offers. The "ease" of getting in won't be changed that much.
