Have you ever had zero sleep and gone i to work/uni for a full day the next day? Many people say they have had no sleep but really they mean 2 hours or similar. Have you ever had zero sleep?

No. If you haven't had any sleep you'll not learn anything or do anything productive

Yes, I went through a period in my final year where I was working 10 hour shifts at night, and then had 5 back to back lectures the next day starting at 9. I was absolutely dead but I had to power through.

Done it right now, which is how ive ended up here. I wish i stayed home and went to sleep, nothing is going in. It isnt worth it and anyone saying 'i powered through' is talking out of there arse. its such bull**** and definitely not worth it. I dont know who needs to read this but ...GO TO SLEEP!YOU WONT LEARN OR WORK PROPERLY WITHOUT IT!
