Personal Statement Help

My current personal statement draft for ucas has 5650 characters when it has to be below 400 characters. I have already taken out 2500 characters and dont know what else to do. Im applying to veterinary medicine so have a lot of work experience and dont want to be too vague about.

I havent included anything without a direct link to my course or anything about DOE.

Any advice would be much appreciated??
