Check out online tutoring websites such as MyTutor which offer GCSE/A Level tutoring at an hourly rate.

Alternatively, ask your school if they offer a tutoring service - mine had one where A Level maths students would help out GCSE students twice a week with homework and revision.

I don't think you'll have any luck trying to find someone on here willing to give up hours of their time for free.

what do you mean by tutor? I would be willing to give you advice through here. Many people post problems here and get taught how to do the work. What grade are you looking for a C? If so have you considered foundation?

The mathsgenie website helped a lot last year. It is very easy to understand and covers all the topics. It's for edexcel exam board, but it helped me even though I took the exam with WJEC eduqas. Give it a go.

Well, what I did was went over all the topics. There are videos for each topic which explain everything to you, and then you can go on to the practice questions.

Hi, I wouldn't mind tutoring you online over Skype I got an A* for IGCSE maths and A for AS maths. I'll be charging £15 an hour if that's alright with you.
