MT driver RAF

Hey guys, I hear this trade could potentially be made redundant? What does this mean for someone who has applied to this trade and is at the medical stage? 🤔

I have no idea where you heard this from... the trade is overmanned currently at about 104% but it still very much exists. Don't listen to the jungle drums. Yes, stations are losing uniformed drivers and having them replaced with civilians, but this is not every station nor every driver role. You still need the requirement to deploy drivers en masse, that isn't particularly easy to do if they are all civilians, not to mention the skill fade!
