    The character I want to cosplay as is flat chested and I'm size 32D (Aisaka Taiga from Toradora if you're interested), any advice on how to make boobs appear smaller/less noticable

    Get a good quality minimiser bra.
    The cups reshape breast tissue so it looks much flatter. They work best on a d cup upwards so ideal for you

    First and foremost, for cosplay bra make sure you are wearing the correct size, but i thing cosplay shapewear is better than cosplay bra it cost you $70.
