    This happens for every bloody PDF I find. It's irritating because I can't read anything!

    Windows 10 and this is on a fully updated version of Chrome.

    Download the pdf and open in adobe reader see if that works

    I downloaded it, and it opened in Microsoft Edge, and it worked fine. Bit inconvenient but at least it works! Thank you.

    Disable the Chrome PDF viewer and revert to Adobe Reader:1. Type "chrome://plugins" in the address bar (without the quotes)2. Hit enter3. Click on details (near the top right)4. Disable "Chrome PDF Viewer" and enable the Adobe one

    The viewer addon should work if just switching to adobe doesnt. I tend to just fumble around till I get a solution rather than worry about the detail.

    Are you a canary member.
    Have you tried loading a legacy format PDF into chrome?

    Christ on a bike, if it ain't working in Canary, that's because it's unstable. The whole point of Canary is for live testing. They're not removing "legacy" PDF support (which is a load of codswallop in itself). Shame on you.
