Tips for CIE Biology Paper 1 (multiple choice questions)!!! HELP!

Hey guys. It's Margo here. I'm struggling with CIE Biology Paper 1 a lot. It's quite hard, and I would love if you guys could give me some tips on how to tackle those multiple choice questions.
