    correct if I'm wrong, but this is 111 for the NHS right? as in people call in to get help, and you're meant to help them?

    yes you're right. obviously day time and evenings are busy but once we pass midnight, we only get around 1 call an hour.

    I doubt this is for work experience, no one would give up sleep for work experience. Unless you're going for medicine in which case you probably have to breathe in textbooks and be the perfect child to get into top unis ;-; or ur just clever.

    paid work, I graduated this year and am taking a year out before going on to medicine.
