uh this is what i would do...

First paragraph -->Describe the biological rhythms--> about the edogenous and exogenous zeitgebers. A01

Second paragraph--> The sleep/wake cycle/ core body temp A01

3rd paragraph --> evaluate this--> eg. Practical application to shift work A03

4th --> explain siffre's cave study A01

4th paragraph--> Evaluate his study (A03 POINT)

5th paragraph --> Other studies to support the circadian rhythm eg Aschoff and Wever. A03

6th paragraph --> evaluate Aschoff and Wevers study eg. small sample...ect.

I have most of the information you need on this but not right now. You might find it on Simplypsychology though. That website is a good source of information and it covers studies as well as topics
