Eligible for a bursary from my Uni but did not include household income details

I can get a bursary from my uni but I need to have included household income details on my student finance account. I didn't do this back when I applied since I didn't think I needed to.

How do I go about including these household income details on my account in order to get this bursary?

In order to apply to be income assessed you will need to complete a household income application form and your sponsors would need to complete a PFF2 form with their 2015 to 2016 financial details once received the current processing time is 21 working days.
