Which graduate schemes offer the best training in programming?

I have recently been really interested in progrmming, and have very little experience. I noticed there are some programmes out there that require, none if little experience (FDM, tpp) however these have a 'bad' rep and was wondering if there were any others?

Sky is pretty good, I'm currently there.
You can apply as a Developer or a Software Engineer and you get a 6 month project to begin with which exposes you to quite a lot. It's through the academy and you'll be able to apply through the website.
