trust grade SHO
Hi , i am a trust grade SHO,new to country, about to complete 1 year.
I think the way forward here is either CMT or GP. iam planning to give MRCP part 1 coming JAnuary.
I needed an advice from you all.. should i wait another year till complete all of MRCP or join the next available CMT interview .
Or can I work as trust grade continue for another year, get CMT competencies and then apply for speciality training post ?
