Oxford PAT advice?

I feel like I've left it till too late...i did a paper and got 14%. It's the first time I even looked at one but I didn't expect it to be that bad. I feel panicked at the thought that I am going to fail. I don't entirely know how to progress when the content covered in the PAT papers are ideas that i have never seen before. Are there any good books anyone can recommend to help? And if im getting 14% so close to the paper is it a lost cause?

How do I teach myself the new content? There are entire chunks or knowledge missing. Or will level physics revision suffice? I've been told to just revise that but it seems like it's not enough.

I have gone from 10% to 80% in my maths a level within a month of hard work (C1,C2,M1) but those were easy and structured whereas this is much harder and I have so much new content to learn.
