College choice

Hi All! I'm trying to help a friend in her college choice and I was wondering if you would have any advice concerning the colleges that would be best for History of Art?

HoA is a small course with usually 1 or 2 students in any college. There's no "best" college for any course... lectures, etc are handled by the department, and supervisions (especially for a small course) can be shared across colleges.

Ask your friend to look carefully at:

And then have a look at:
https://www.applytocambridge.com/colleges

And try to visit some too.

And then remember that approx 20-25% of offers come from a college different to the one they originally applied to (because of the Pooling mechanisms).

Nearly everyone loves the college they end up at, so don't stress too much over this particular decision.
