I believe that there are specialized cyber security degrees for that topic in particular.

I suppose a what makes a uni 'good' is really up to you.

These are all undergrad degrees- if you wanted to, you could do a Computer Science degree first; there are also some combined Comp Sci and security degrees on that list.

(Or, at least, I turned the undergrad filter on- I haven't looked at each of them myself).

Cyber Security is a specialisation of Computer Science/Computing.

There are a small number of undergrad Cyber Security courses, however these to an extent fall into the "CSI degree" trap - namely that you may "overspecialise" and you can only do a handful of things specific to the role, while not being able to use the broader knowledge to develop new tools and approaches to problems within the sector and role, which most employers, regardless of area, like to see.

yes but they are all masters and i havent even started first year of uni yet... thats why i was asking whether this is a masters course only or not and it seems like its only for masters of computer science

So I've read your posts and it seems like you aren't very sure what Cyber Security is. Why do you want to study Cyber Security and what area in particular do you want to get in to?

I understand what cyber security is just wasnt sure how i would make my way up to it, seems like a computer science degree then finally a cyber security at masters. I enjoy finding vulnerabilities and doing forensics (trying to find out things).

Going to need to find universities first so i can put them down on my personal statement, if anyone has idea of russel groups that accept BBB (predicted) please let me know.
