I have just started my A Levels and I have always wanted to be a teacher preferably for the subject Home Economics or as others call it- food technology or nutrition and food science. But does anyone know any good universities to study in. Preferably in Northern Ireland. Obviously I know there is Queens and Stranmillis. I just don't know how to go about it or what courses would be best for this. Any ideas?
