I'm doing 3 a levels and it's my second year, but I'm making excuses every morning not to go. I'm constantly late or never in and I don't understand any of my courses. I only wanted to do one and picked the other two because I had to do at least 3. I don't feel the benefit anymore and I know I'm going to fail the exams as I mucked them up the first year. Can I drop out?

Yes but you need to take part in education or training till you are 18.
    Talk to school and parents.

If its that bad, then you could try going to college or redoing year 12.

If you really want to, yes, but is there any way of salvaging the situation rather than abandoning A-Levels altogether? If you are struggling, have you asked for teachers for help? The teachers want to see you succeed in your exams so they will offer advice. If you just regret your choices, you could resit the year. Talk to your parents as well, it isn't really a decision to make so lightly.
