I do Cambridge technical business and the whole class was only restricted to enter for pass, although we have all completed both merit and distinction, we are demanding our head of faculty to enter us for submission for the merit tasks however she is refusing to do so and making us pay. I would like to know what are my rights for this as she is making us pay which we believe is our educational right to be submitted.

contact the exam board or the head of year, if you have met the exam board deadline its fine, internal deadline should be flexible! Also, you could tell them if they don't mark it you'll mention it to the local newspaper about how discouraging and unhelpful they are especially when you met the external deadline-always works with schools schools should be helping you!
