My son and I live in Wales, he has been accepted to study at Hartpury in Gloucester. I went onto Gov website to apply for tuition fees and got redirected to Student Finance Wales, so applied via them. This morning I have been told that as he is 20 and applying for Access to HE Diploma, I need to apply for Advanced Learner Loan but everytime I go on site it redirects me to Student Finance Wales. Any help would be appreciated, I am about to start pulling my hair out !!

If you can't get the online application to work then use the paper application form on that page.

He'll still need the "‘Learning and funding information’ letter - you need this to complete the application. It contains the details about your course."
