I got an 8 for maths and english literature,a 7 for english language and an A* for biology, chemistry, physics, comput er science, history, geography and religious studies and a C for art.Im studying biology, chemistry, maths and economics.I want to apply to medicine for cambridge, and was wondering if doing economics as a 4th a level is the wrong option and will put me at a disadvantage as it's not considered a 'traditional' a level. Also what do admission tutors look at when people apply for medicine, I heard it was UMS scores for AS but AS no longer exists, and someone told me cambridge does not really care about extra curricular and people doing work experience,is this true? What factor does cambridge look at the most when choosing who to give an offer to for medicine?
